  This is an authentic and quite pricey ice-cream parlor. I tried 4 flavours in total. The base ice-cream texture and creaminess is very good. The flavours were mid to good. Pistachio was quite fragrant, with good nutty notes. But the coffee was terrible, it tasted like 3 drops of espresso had been placer in 500ml of milk. Lisbon coffe is delicious, so this was a big disappointment. Other flavours were OK. The proportions were OK too. It was busy with both tourists and locals. The service and atmosphere was somewhat rushed, not unfriendly but not the most welcoming either. Worth a visit for sure. (Traduzido pelo Google) Esta é uma sorveteria autêntica e bastante cara.   One of my favourite ice cream places in Lisbon! The tiramisu comes with bits in it and would highly recommend. You get the choice of 3 flavours and free cream!! Couldn’t recommend it enough.   we came here twice during our trip to Lisbon, the first time service and gelato were good, and we were explicitly told a max of 3 samples per person, as in each of us could have 3 samples before we order, to ensure that we would order the correct flavor. the second time, the service experience we’d had was the opposite. my husband had gone in and requested 3 different samples to try this time, but when I’d gone, the male worker was extremely rude and said he was wasting time by letting us try samples. my husband tried his 3 and when it was my turn, he said there’s a line behind and we’re wasting time, while there was clearly no one else in store, and when we were previously told it was a max of 3 per person.   Tiny place which we came upon one afternoon in Lisbon. We tried the pistachio, Fior di Basilico, nocciola and caramello flavours. The caramello was very good, with swirls of gooey caramel throughout. The fior di Basilico was a nice change, but a bit too sweet for my liking. As for the pistachio and nocciola flavours, they were just average, nothing special. Overall it's quite a good ice cream place, but we found that it under-delivers on some flavours.   This place is so nice that we went there twice. This place had a line and I know why. Their gelato is so delicious. The employees were very nice. Even if there are lines, it moves quite quickly. The selection was big but not too big so that you don't spend a bunch of time trying to figure out what you would like to have. A good dessert to have after dinner, for sure.   Never again. They were absolutely rude. I was waiting in line with my boyfriend, around 10pm, as it was written on Google that they close at midnight. We were the last people in line. As we were about to get inside (this is a very tiny place) and order, a guy comes in and closes the door literally on our faces saying they were closed and yelling at us that they close at 10pm. As I only reply to him, in a very calm manner, that he was being very rude, he starts to yell nonsense stuff at my boyfriend. Never was this mistreated at a place. They use a different concept here, selling the ice cream by container size rather than the number of flavors themselves, meaning you can get a small cone with up to 3 flavors (+ fresh cream on top) for the same price. The ice cream itself is of the highest quality, and they offer a nice selection of flavors. Prices are more than fair for the quality and quantity offered.   Nannarella is a must-stop for our family when we’re in Lisbon. Came here everyday of our stay! The highlights for us are the fruit sorbets which all taste like you’re having the ripe fresh fruit itself!   This exceeded my expectations, and they were high! Arrived at 21:45, thinking I would be last customer, but it had a line up the road. Service was fast. Servers was perhaps slightly tired, so less smiles - BUT - as they closed shop, they had more energy and talked about the ice cream and were just really great. So just try and keep in mind how hard and fast they work :) Anyways - the ice cream. Pistachio and nocciola were great - the ones I normally go for, and these were definitely in the highs of the best I’ve had. The zabione however blew me. Amazing. I feared it would be too much licqour, but it was perfectly balanced, and my absolute favorite. This was without a doubt the best ice cream I’ve had in Portugal, possible even in the world (on top with a few places in Italy). The flavors had nothing special to write home about and I've had better in the city. Go and see for yourself, but if you taste 2-3 flavors and none convince you, I'd recommend passing on eating here.   Went here because of Somebody Feed Phil and I’m sure glad I did!! There were so many yummy flavors to choose from, and luckily I didn’t have to just choose one! They say you can choose as many flavors as you want, so I got the pumpkin walnut ricotta (seasonal) and the chestnut. The ice cream was delicious - great texture, nice flavor, and not toooo sweet (which I love)! Make sure you get the chantilly on top.. always!   So much hype for subpar ice cream. It's sad that so many reviewers think this is what good ice cream tastes like. The garbage cans in the park across the street were filled with half eaten and melted ice cream cones and cups. We added ours to the pile - this includes our 2 children. We ordered 6 flavours: Chocolate - ok Lime and mint - good Strawberry - way way too sweet and artificial tasting Tiramisu - too sweet Figs and walnut - one walnut, no fig flavour Oreo - dark chocolate, no resemblance to oreo Oh and the "whipped cream" was unpalatable. And if you want your ice cream topped with chantilly, they'll do it for you free of charge. Found this place by accident 7 years ago and I fell in love with their flavors, especially melon.   Sorry guys but this is really annoying. The system here is that they are 3 people in the store, one will serve you and the two others will stand on the side watching. The objective is that they constantly have a long line outside, making it look like people will wait longer just to get a taste. We love the ice cream but standing foe 20 minutes just to serve 5 people in front of us is really pissing me off. And it’s always the same. They have 2 daily feature flavours on top of their long list of regular flavours so we went back everynight for the whole week! 2.5euros for a small and they are very generous with the portions.   One of the best ice creams I've ever had! Worth the long walk here :) I tried coffee, caramel, dark chocolate and cheesecake, and they were all amazing. I especially loved the cheesecake one, which they only have on Fridays. Prices are more than reasonable (2.50 for small, 3 for medium, 3.50 for large and 4 for giant), and the portions are quite generous.   All the flavours are incredible and made from 'real' ingredients (you get delicious pineapple fibers stuck in your teeth!) The queue out the door can be a little daunting at times but it moves quickly and is definitely worth the wait. Pricing is unbelievable for the quality and quantity you receive. Staff are fun, knowledgeable, and love what they do. Music can sometimes be a little intense but with such little seating (4 small stools), you're probably only in there for a few minutes and they're in there all day, they can listen to what they want! We got the medium icecream which is two flavours, so we tried chocolate and peach, and peach and raspberry. Both were very good. The price is great to, we only paid 3 euro for the medium. Basic shop and set up but the ice cream is fantastic! Creamy and jam packed full of flavour. The small scoops are also very generous.
