  You might miss this small place if you’re not careful - it’s tiny, without anything flashy to catch your eye. But once you enter, the owner is helpful, even with those who don’t speak portuguese. Our 6 year old daughter is always the best judge of good quality home made Italian ice-cream. She is difficult to please and she clearly approved 😊. We were helped by a friendly and kind gentleman. It was very difficult to choose which ice-cream to take; they were all so good (we were given a taste before finally deciding). Also, not to mention: very reasonable prices and vegan options. So, don't be tempted to go to the ice cream shops near São Jorge Castell (not as tasty and much more expensive). Visit Insano Gelato instead!   We didn't have a chance to bite into the pie, so this is strictly about the place, the owner and Gelato. The latter was refreshing after more than an hour all over Church of São Vicente de Fora. The place is hardly noticeable from the tram. It's a tiny place: 2 of us nicely consumed all the vacant space.
