Já tinha pago antecipadamente 150€. Este nível de irresponsabilidade é inaceitável. (Original) I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this tattoo salon. They lost my appointment scheduled for March 4th, and today is April 22nd. I had already prepaid €150. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.

1 / 505/02/2024 à 21:37Já estive aqui 3 vezes - as duas primeiras foram ótimas. A terceira vez foi além de horrível. Uma amiga e eu fizemos duas pequenas tatuagens - ela, uma laranja, e eu, um limão. Enviamos fotos de referência do que queríamos e eles nos disseram que não havia problema. Entramos e os fizemos - estava tudo bem. Disseram-nos que qualquer trabalho de retoque estava incluído, por isso deixamos as tatuagens assentarem e agora, dois/três meses depois, a tatuagem assentou e a cor e os detalhes estão muito irregulares. Minha tatuagem não se parece em nada com a foto de referência que enviei e depois de enviar mensagem para marcar uma consulta de retoque me disseram que não!! Apesar de dizer que o retoque estava incluído e apesar de eu estar insatisfeito com o acabamento da tatuagem. Eles também tentaram ignorar minha primeira mensagem (tive que ir atrás deles depois de alguns dias para receber uma mensagem dizendo que eles nem olhariam a tatuagem na vida real). Respondi dizendo que estava insatisfeito com a natureza irregular da cor e que eles ignoraram completamente minha mensagem e não consigo nem falar com ninguém agora. Estou adicionando a foto da tatuagem nada assombrosa que eles fizeram (por 200 euros 😳) e a imagem de referência para comparação, além das mensagens que enviei e que eles simplesmente ignoraram completamente. Estou realmente insatisfeito com o serviço e a qualidade e agora estou preso a uma tatuagem muito abaixo da média para o resto da minha vida 🤷🏼♀️ (Original) Have been here 3 times - the first two were great. The third time was beyond awful. A friend and I went in for two tiny tattoos - her an orange and myself a lemon. We sent reference pictures as to what we wanted and they told us no problem. We went in and had them done - was fine. They told us that any retouching work was included so we let the tattoos settle in and now, two/three months later, the tattoo has settled and the colour and details are very patchy. My tattoo looks nothing like the reference picture that I sent and after messaging to book a retouch appointment they told me no!! Despite saying the retouch was included and despite me being unhappy with the finish of the tattoo. They also tried to ignore my first message (I had to chase them up after a few days to get a message saying they wouldn’t even look at the tattoo in real life). I responded saying that I was unhappy with the patchy nature of the colour and they’ve completely ignored my message and I can’t even get hold of anyone now. I’m adding picture of the very underwhelming tattoo they did (for 200 euros 😳) and the reference image for comparison, plus the messages I sent them that they have just completely ignored. Really unhappy with the service and quality and now I’m stuck with a very subpar tattoo for the rest of my life 🤷🏼♀️

1 / 510/07/2022 à 08:17Você absolutamente não deveria ir até eles. Eu fiz uma tatuagem por ambos os proprietários e eles eram extremamente pouco profissionais e caros. Depois da sessão de tatuagem, o homem pediu muito mais dinheiro do que me foi dito no e-mail. Pouco depois chegamos a um acordo e, embora a culpa fosse dele, eu teria pago a quantia extra. Mas aí recebi uma mensagem no Instagram onde ele me disse que eu teria que pagar o preço que ele pediu após a sessão. Acho isso absolutamente pouco profissional, especialmente porque foi culpa dele ter me dito o preço errado no e-mail inicial. Ele disse que a sessão de tatuagem demorou mais do que o planejado, mas estendeu a duração conversando com os colegas em outra sala. Depois desse incidente, a esposa dele me bloqueou no Instagram, embora ainda tivesse que retocar minha tatuagem (pela qual paguei). A tatuagem do homem está péssima e ainda precisa de retoques. Agora tenho que procurar outro tatuador para fazer as correções e retoques. Paguei 570€ pela tatuagem e, como disse, ele acrescentou mais dinheiro a esse preço. Tenho tatuagens de mais de 10 artistas diferentes e nunca experimentei nada parecido. Angie (Original) You should absolutely not go to them. I have had a tattoo done by both owners and they were extremely unprofessional and expensive. After the tattoo session, the man asked for much more money than I was told in the E-Mail. Shortly after that we came to an agreement and, although it was his fault, I would have payed the extra amount of money. But then I received a message on Instagram were he told me that I have to pay the price he asked for after the session. I find this absolutely unprofessional, especially because it was his fault that he told me the wrong price in the initial E-Mail. He said that the tattoo session took longer than planned, but he extended the length of the appointment through talking with his colleagues in another room. After this incident, his wife blocked me on Instagram, although she still had to touch up my tattoo (which I payed for). The tattoo of the man is extremely bad and it still needs a touch up. Now I have to go to another tattoo artist for the corrections and touch ups. I payed 570€ for the tattoo and, as I said, he added more money to that price. I have tattoos from more than 10 different artists and I never experienced anything like that. Angie

Eles dedicam muito tempo para você e discutem tudo até que você esteja totalmente satisfeito. Eu me senti muito seguro o tempo todo e gostei da minha estadia. Além disso: organização fácil de encontrar, muito limpa, fácil de usar, etc. Estou ansioso para fazer minha próxima tatuagem lá. (Original) The studio is amazing. You will get a lovely welcome and spend a joyful time with the artists and other guests. They take a lot of time for you and discuss everything until you are fully satisfied. I felt very safe all time and enjoyed my stay. Also: easy to find, very clean, easy-going organisation, etc. Looking forward to getting my next tattoo there.

Eles têm uma abordagem bastante profissional na organização do trabalho. Amei! (Original) I had a great experience with Names Tattoo Studio. I came specifically to the guest artist Alyona but the studio in general was super comfortable and amazingly beautiful. They have quite a professional approach to the organisation of the work. Havia uma música que tornou o processo de fazer tatuagem quase uma experiência espiritual. Todo o processo foi altamente higênico e protegido. Fiz uma sessão de fotos da minha tatuagem recém-feita. O estúdio está situado num belo edifício com tetos vintage, mas totalmente renovado por dentro. (Original) This is a perfect place to get a tatoo. I got my amazing one from a guest artist iren_inv. The place is fully professional and people are friendly.There was a music which made the proces of making tatoo almost a spiritual experience. All the process was highly higenic and protected. I got a photo session of my freshly made tatoo. The studio is placed in a beautiful building with vintage ceilings but fully renewed inside.

Os artistas foram todos mais que amigáveis, principalmente o meu (Constantin). Ele tem um estilo ótimo, que é uma linha tênue com também opção viva-voz, se você não tem medo da liberdade criativa. Juntos encontramos a forma adequada para mim e para o meu corpo, que era a parte mais importante. Aqui é mais que colocar uma foto na pele, é combinar a arte da tatuagem com a arte do corpo, que é linda! Eu recomendo fortemente este lugar se você gosta de um estilo minimalista e de um trabalho profissional. Obrigado por me receber! (Original) Just amazing! The space is very bright and open, so as soon as you enter you feel the positive energy and get excited to be part of this whole world. The artists were all more than friendly, especially mine (Constantin). He has a great style, which is a fine line with also a handsfree option, if you are not afraid of creative freedom. Together we found the fitting shape for me and my body, which was the most important part.
