  Site very easy to order. The only issue I had was with delivery. On the website it says that in a DPD dropping point I could get my products next day from 1pm. Which didn't happen. I ordered on Thursday about 2:15pm and it was available for collection only on Monday. If I knew that, I'd ordered to be delivered at home then. I was using an account that I only transfer the amount needed to: One cannot be too careful with internet orders. That meant that the transaction failed- they had taken the correct amount but tried to reserve it again.   Very unprofessional company! I advise everybody to not order anything. They scammed me. I wanted to buy the orange and green Blender Bottle Sportmixer and they sent me red and blue bottles. They tried to gaslight me and told me the colours where orange and green. How dumd do they think I am when I clearly am not colourblind. So I sent them a picture of the bottles colour from the website of Blender Bottle. This is clearly fraud. They told me to send the stuff back but didn't promise me my money back. I live in Switzerland why would I sent back to Portugal that would cost me a huge amount of money for the shipment. Never again will I order something here.   Poor after sale customer service. I had a problem with my last two orders. I have ordered PUKKA tea and some of the boxes were full of mould. Even so the expiry date was in 2023. So it had to do on how the tea was stored. Unfortunately I didn't mention it right away to the seller. I did however send them an email and pictures. They just had a very standard way of dealing with the issue. No refund no new tea, its not our fault bla bla bla. I decided to move on to another brand as I am not sure if PUKKA itself had quality issues or the seller. However until today , I have also not heard from PUKKA themselves. After three days without my parcel (I tried several times to get it) I discovered that my parcel was at the 139 "A".   I live in Perpignan France and have used Zumub many times. The shipping time was a little long but they have a great selection of the same products I buy when I am in the states.   I bought the product and wasn’t delivered. Terrible customer service. They have problems with their delivery company and don’t give my money back. I wait 10 days trying to have their customer service to give me a solution and now they don’t reply my emails and their phone don’t work to call. Terrible!
