  Tinha algumas camas maravilhosas e muito confortáveis. Meus filhos também estão muito satisfeitos com as camas, o serviço foi excelente e com certeza irei usá-los novamente no futuro e aconselhei outros amigos e familiares a fazerem pedidos nos quartos de Bennett.   Tantas opções aqui, uma ótima faixa de preço e uma equipe tão simpática. A jovem ali realmente conhece o assunto quando se trata de colchões.   Encomendei uma cama há mais de 6 meses. A entrega foi considerada dentro de 4 a 6 semanas. Demorou mais de 4 meses para a entrega dos colchões e 6 meses depois ainda estamos aguardando a cabeceira e a base. Em dezembro (3 meses após o pedido) me pediram para escolher uma nova cabeceira e base porque a fábrica não poderia entregar o que eu havia encomendado. Voltei à loja para fazer isso e, um mês depois, depois de ligar várias vezes para eles para obter atualizações, fui informado de que o material que havia escolhido estava esgotado. Agora eles disseram que me enviariam fotos de que posso optar por entregar a base e a cabeceira antes do final de fevereiro, mas depois de 1,5 semanas, ainda não recebi nada. A comunicação da parte deles é terrível, eles não ligam de volta depois de dizerem que ligarão. Nenhuma atualização é fornecida e você acaba tendo que persegui-los para obter qualquer informação. Pior serviço que já recebi. (Original) Ordered a bed more than 6 months ago. Delivery was said to be within 4 -6 weeks. It took more than 4 months to have the mattresses delivered and 6 months on, we are still awaiting the headboard and base. In December (3 months after ordering)they asked me to pick a new headboard and base because the factory could not deliver what I had ordered. Drove back to the shop to do that, then a month later after phoning them many times for an update, got informed that the material I had chosen was out of stock. Now they have said they would send me photos of that I can choose to have the base and headboard delivered before end of Feb, but after 1.5 weeks, still received nothing. The communication from their side is appaling, they don't phone back after saying they will. No updates given and and you end up having to chase them for any information. Worst service I have ever received.

  Excelente serviço de Alex no início, mas depois tivemos que esperar quase 5 meses pelo nosso pedido - eles aconselharam 3 semanas! A comunicação foi chocante o tempo todo, fiquei com vergonha de continuar perseguindo. Só posso presumir que o atendimento ao cliente dormiu em seu colchão confortável. (Original) Great service from Alex at the outset, but we then had to wait nearly 5 months for our order - they advised 3 weeks! Communication was shocking throughout, I was embarrassed to keep chasing. Can only assume that their customer service had gone to sleep on their comfortable mattress.

  Ótimo atendimento desde o início até a entrega no prazo. Fui orientado no início para a cama certa para mim, tendo problemas nas costas e não tinha certeza se iria ficar duro ou mais macio. Agora estou dormindo melhor e não acordo todos os dias com dor, obrigado à equipe do Bennett’s, adoro minha cama nova 😘 (Original) Great service from beginning to the on time delivery.   Não posso avaliar a qualidade desta cama o suficiente! Simplesmente a qualidade e o conforto são incomparáveis. E também parece incrível! Exatamente a cor e o toque do tecido que queríamos. Os quartos de Bennett tornaram toda a experiência um verdadeiro prazer. Conhecimento para nos ajudar a escolher a cama certa para nós e ainda por cima um serviço fabuloso. Anteriormente isso já aconteceu com a doação de uma cama e colchão para outra família, uma senhora com muitas necessidades e problemas de saúde. Isto foi muito apreciado pelas famílias. O serviço prestado foi excelente do início ao fim. O colchão e a cama eram de excelente qualidade e os entregadores eram muito profissionais, prestativos e atenciosos.   Colchões de boa qualidade, mas tratamento terrivelmente terrível para os clientes! 🥵🤬😭 Encomendamos nosso sofá e cabeceira em maio, agora é novembro e ainda não temos!!! O pior é que os donos não demonstram nenhum respeito pelos clientes, é muito difícil colocá-los no telefone, uma vez que você teve sorte e eles finalmente atendem o telefone, não sabem de nenhuma atualização e prometem ligar para você voltam em uma hora/dia seguinte, mas NUNCA voltam! E então o ciclo se repete. Prometeram-nos dezenas de vezes que já seria entregue há meses! É muito frustrante para nós nos comunicarmos com eles e estamos muito decepcionados com o serviço prestado e com a falta de respeito! Sinceramente, desejo que eles leiam isso e façam algo a respeito para evitar a perda de bons clientes. (Original) Good quality of the mattresses but heartbreakingly terrible treatment for the clients!!! 🥵🤬😭 We ordered our couch and a headboard in May, now it's November and we still don't have it!!! The worst part that the owners don't show any respect for the customers, it's very difficult to get them on the phone, once you were lucky and they finally pick up the phone, they don't know any updates and promise to call you back in an hour/next day but they NEVER do! And then the cycle repeats. We were promised dozens of times it will be already delivered months ago! It's very-very frustrating for us to communicate with them and we are very disappointed on the provided service and lack of respect! I sincerely wish they will read this and do something about it to avoid losing good customers.

  Entrei para comprar um topper e saí com uma nova cama elétrica! Toda a experiência foi de primeira classe. O conhecimento dos produtos e o atendimento amigável estavam muito acima do normal. A cama muito pesada foi entregue por uma excelente equipe especializada. Montaram a cama e retiraram todos os revestimentos de plástico e papelão. Honestamente, 100 por cento de desempenho geral. The knowledge of products and friendly service was way above normal. The very heavy bed was delivered by an excellent expert crew.   Encomendei 3 camas pufes com colchões. Eles chegaram quando Bennets disse que chegariam e estavam muito bem embalados e protegidos. As camas são de excelente qualidade, realmente impressionadas com o pufe, é muito resistente e funciona perfeitamente. Os colchões também são ótimos, é bom acordar sem dores nas costas. Eu recomendo Bennets Bedrooms, o serviço do início ao fim foi incomparável e o produto é ótimo. (Original) I ordered 3 ottoman beds with mattresses. They arrived when Bennets said they would and were very well packed and protected. The beds are excellent quality, really impressed with the ottoman its very sturdy and operates smoothly.   Ontem fui comprar um colchão topo de gama no Bennett’s Bedrooms em Amancil e fui ajudado pelo Daryl e pela sua filha. Comprei o colchão de dupla tensão Hamilton e James, que na minha opinião é realmente o Rolls Royce dos colchões, e estava realmente ansioso para conseguir o colchão o mais rápido possível, pois o colchão anterior da casa alugada era muito ruim. Douglas Jackson (Original) Went to buy a Top of the range mattress yesterday at Bennett’s Bedrooms in Amancil and was helped by Daryl and his daughter. I bought the Hamilton and James dual tension mattress which really is the Rolls Royce of mattress’s in my opinion, and was really keen to get the mattress as quickly as possible as the previous mattress in the rental house was pretty poor. Fortunately Daryl promised delivery the following day and delivered the goods . A great team of people helped get a 200kg mattress up a very steep flight of stairs . Terrific service .   Ontem de manhã tive um encontro marcado com o Darryl no showroom do Vale de Parra, ele passou quase duas horas connosco e usando o seu vasto conhecimento guiou-nos pacientemente através da sua vasta gama de colchões de qualidade. Compramos um excelente colchão de molas ensacadas /lã que foi entregue naquela mesma tarde. A entrega foi gratuita, assim como a retirada do nosso colchão antigo, além de um protetor de colchão complementar. Com base em nossa experiência, eu recomendaria definitivamente os quartos Bennetts. (Original) Had an appointment with Darryl at the Vale de Parra showroom yesterday morning, he spent nearly two hours with us and using his extensive knowledge he patiently guided us through their large range of quality mattresses. We purchased a superb pocket sprung /wool mattress which was delivered that same afternoon. Delivery was free as was the removal of our old mattress, plus a complementary mattress protector to boot. Based on our experience I would definitely recommend Bennetts Bedrooms.

  É sempre uma ótima experiência lidar com esses caras, totalmente profissionais e sempre dão bons conselhos dentro do orçamento, seja para casa ou aluguel. Não posso recomendar o suficiente, especialmente se depois de uma cama e não tiver certeza do que deseja.   Serviço excelente. Daryl ajudou-me a encomendar uma cama enquanto eu estava no Reino Unido para ser entregue em Portugal. Tudo correu perfeitamente! A cama é de primeira classe, assim como o serviço! Estarei encomendando as camas restantes dos quartos da Bennett's. (Original) Excellent service.   Depois de estar no Bennetts Bedrooms 1 dia, 24 horas depois eu estava dormindo no meu novo colchão MLily.. Entregue e colocado na cama pela equipe de entrega.. O colchão em si só pode ser descrito como "Dormir na nuvem mais macia de todos os tempos" .. eu costumava trabalhar com camas no Reino Unido há 30 anos e, cara, as coisas mudaram.. Este colchão é de longe a coisa mais confortável em que já dormi e provavelmente irei, costumávamos ter uma cama d'água no Reino Unido, mas isso é ainda mais confortável que isso. Uma empresa e um colchão que recomendo vivamente. (Original) After being in Bennetts Bedrooms 1 day, 24 hours later i was sleeping on my brand new MLily mattress .. Delievered and put on the bed by the delivery team.. The mattress itself can only be described as " Sleeping on the softest cloud ever " .. i used to work with beds in the UK 30 years ago and boy have things changed.. This mattress is by far the comfiest thing ive ever slept on and probably ever will, we used to have a water bed in the UK but this is even more comfortable than that .. A company and mattress that i can highly recommend.

  Parecia bem abastecido. O vendedor forneceu informações enganosas, adivinhando em vez de verificar. Eu odeio isso! Parecem ser vendidos na lista de fabricantes e as camas são feitas no Reino Unido, o que as torna caras. (Original) Seemed well stocked. Sales person gave misleading information by guessing rather than checking. I hate that! They seem to sell at Manufacturers list and the beds are made in UK, which makes them expensive.
